Friendly and helpful staff, and while slightly pricey, the food is decent - at least in the eyes of someone who doesn't do sushi often or know how authentic sushi should taste

Mediocre sushi. Service isnt impressive either. There are better togo sushi places than UBC one.

Super fast service. The quality of food is good as well. Pretty small interior, there are not many tables so it's more of a takeout place. No table service.
