Good station. Business start-up office. Read up on your ideas and how to market them. A Starbucks, A & W, Subway and numerous other shops. Some are pop-ups and are not always there. Royal Bank ATMs. Benches. You could go anywhere from here. Mission, North or West Van, Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond. Lots of connections. One of the major hubs of the Greater Vancouver transit/bus system

Beautiful and historic, but very dirty, and you must prepare yourself, because their are lots of homeless, and addicts.

Most of the time transit is pretty good. Sometimes you run into a great bus driver or an awesome attendant at the the seabus, other times it feels like the transit police are just there to hassle people. It's over now, but the construction of the toilets got really annoying.

It's Waterfront Station. What else is there to say? Get in, get out, fast! It does that very well.
