I myself thoroughly enjoyed it. I know some staff can be better or worse, but both times I was there I had good service. The first time, my wife and I went for a couples spa: Jacuzzi with bath salts for half an hour (ohhh, that was nice), and then we both got a good relaxation massage, side by side. Comfortable and relaxing and romantic. I went again another time when I was sore from work, and the manager did me this time. She has great technique, and I felt much better afterwards. She is downsizing soon and moving to Chinatown, and i plan to continue to see her when I am sore from work.

terrible!! not only did they give a bad massage but they disagreed with what they advertised! Their sign says " $40 for 40 min for feet." I told the girl that's the package I wanted. She said, no problem. She finished my feet after 30 min and demanded $40. I showed her the sign AGAIN and she said that deal is only available on the weekends. I was super calm ( raging inside), saying I was happy to pay for 30 min, but not for 40 when clearly I didn't get 40. The manager and other employee decided to yell at me. When is this a good idea? I told them there was no way I was paying for something I didn't receive. Their idea of a discount? $35 for 30 min. There are amazing foot reflexology places that do $38 for 55 minutes in vancouver. I was shocked at this establishment. This is my first online review as it was definitely the worst and I'm 44 years old...so you have to know how bad it was!!

Very bad service! I was served by a younger girl. All she did was apply oil on my body. When she first started massaging me, she was putting lots of pressure almost as though she was going to kill me. I asked her to reduce her pressure and she didn't even massage me. I had to ask her to massage my calves and shoulders a third time. Once done, SHE DEMANDED FOR TIPS. Not worth the money at all! This place needs to be shut down. Terrible service with terrible workers.
