Horrible customer service, wonder what the massage would have been like! I bought a Groupon for two massages. I tried to book an appointment and was told that an appointment couldn't be made and that I should call back later. Giving the company the benefit of the doubt, I asked what time would be best. In response I got told just call back later. I called back the next day. Again requested that I need to make two appointments. By the same man I was told to call back later. I stated I had called yesterday and now it was my second time calling. He told me he didn't even have to answer yesterday as they were closed (even though it was a Monday). Then he proceeded to tell me how his car broke down and he doesn't have time and also that he's very busy. I let him know that I would be writing this review online and getting my money back from Groupon. He proceeded to leave me two voice messages; in which he stated in a nutshell that I was being inconsiderate and how stupid of me to ask for two appointments; that it would not even be possible given how busy they are. But the funny thing is I didn't ask for two appointments at the same time, I was simply just trying to make the appointments.

I was introduced to Beautiful Minds through a promotion on SocialShopper. I went originally for foot reflexology and was so impressed with Sara's treatment, I decided to also try accupuncture. Excellent decision!!!!
I signed up for a 6 visit package, and I must say, I am very impressed with the results I've seen in just 2 visits. Thank you Helen (my accupuncturist) for the treatments and the explanations.
And yes....I will also be going back for another treatment with Sara.

The acupuncturist which was also a doctor, was very helpful. After the treatment, they set up a treatment plan for my frozen shoulder. I purchased a acupuncture package due to it was on promotion right now. Now my shoulder feel not so stiff and I was able to lift my arm up a bit more. They even teach me so excercise that I can do at home to relief my pain. I am definitely recommending it to my friends and relative. Thanks to my friend who recommended me to come to this place for the treatment.

excellent massage service, professional massage practitioner. I had never have a foot massage before so the manager recommended me to get the whole body massage which includes the body and feet. After I try the foot massage, I feel so relax so I ask for another hour of just foot massage. Both the foot and body massage was excellent. When I go pay, I saw they have a promotion going on for buy 10 get 2 free massage package, so I bought the package. I feel so relax and less tense.
