I have nothing but good things to say about NuAGE! I am in the process of laser hair removal, and the experience has been very smooth (almost painless) and effective so far. Chantal is very knowledgeable and does a great job! Her and her team make you feel comfortable and welcome. I have already noticed a large difference after 2 sessions :) The prices are also very reasonable.

Ellie and her team are beyond amazing. The professionalism and warmth of her team made me feel at ease This was my first time trying laser hair removal and I did a lot of research on other clinics before going with NuAGE. Not only are they knowledgable in what type of lasers and treatement was best suited for my skin and hair type but also spent the time to explain to me WHY that was. Their price point is extremely fair and I definitely have experienced great results for the value of the service. I would highly recommend NuAGE to anyone looking for laser hair services in down town Vancouver :)

Today was my fourth session for laser hair removal for my sideburns. I originally had very coarse hair and I was really hesitant to get them removed. But when I came to the clinic, Chantel went through every single detail with me to ensure I knew what was happening and that I felt comfortable! I am planning to get 7 treatments done, but honestly after the third treatment I can barely see any hair growing. On top of their amazing results, they have the best customer service. I cannot emphasize this enough. The best customer service. Honestly, I am so glad I met Chantel. I love the fact that she can remember small details about my personal life and ask how I'm doing the next time I see her. (I'm sure she has many many clients, and this really made me feel special). Yes they are providing me with great results, but I've stayed for the amazing customer service!

I have loved all my experiences here so far!! The ladies helping wth skincare are very knowledgable, kind and realistic/helpful. I also had my first dermafiller placed into my lips yesterday and the doctor and team were excellent. Made me feel calm, and i had slight swelling only the first 24 hours. No bruising if you follow the pre and post op care!! i LOVE my new lips. im going back in a couple weeks to get them bigger. Thanks doctor & staff . keep up the good work :)

AMAZING laser hair removal experience. Chantel made sure I was comfortable at all times, and made sure this experience was almost painless. Highly recommend trying out Nuage laser if you are new to laser hair removal.
