unprofessional. Staff arrived 15 min late for my 2pm appointment. they were doing a long lunch.My 30 min treatment was 15 now cuz I had another appointment to go to. no compensation for the lack of service other then oh sorry.. their web phone number goes to a unactive phone line. If i hadn't had a groupon I would of bailed after the 15 min waiting on the curb. the result were weak and a home kit gives better result. they are like a home kit just cost more.
