Signed up for massage post surgery. . Bought two on groupon. Went for second massage. Kept my 20 min late. could not find my records. . Refused service unless i paid extra. Not the kind of place I would recommend.

Assessable location, I found this location through a groupon initially and I was looking to try out the micro-dermabrasion facial, and see how it works for my skin after a few regular treatments. My beautician(?) was friendly and very talkative, recommending many different services and products that could help me, based on my skin properties. Towards the end (I had the total of 3 micro-dermabrasion + facial treatments) I felt it became a little too pushy for me, where she kept on promoting additional products and treatments to me, even after I have declined, saying I was not interested.

If there was a zero rating I would give that. I booked through a Groupon for 5pm on a Friday night. Had to have gel colour removed first for my regular mani/pedi - no big deal, right?? Wrong!!! The technician (Pinky) wrapped my nails & started my pedicure, then took the foil off my nails & started doing them before completing my feet. I said "don't you think you should finish my feet so my toes can dry for me to put my boots on before I leave?" Good idea. She then proceeded to try & take the gel off dry nails?!? Ouch! Finally got to the paint part after trying to do my hands in the air over my feet! Pretty much a gong show 😳 The polish on my nails was very rough & wouldn't dry - they put my hands under the dryer, sprayed with quick dry, under the dryer again, more quick dry! It's now 7pm & they want to go home!! No hand or leg/foot cream, just get out! I got home & my soles of my feet were so rough, my socks were stuck to them - but st least the polish was dry 👏🏼 . My fingernails - well not so much. I had to go get them done somewhere else today as I couldn't go to work like this tomorrow! I have pics but unable to download here!!
Groupon's response...oh well, not our problem...you used your groupon!! Seriously...Groupon that is even worse customer service than TY. 💩💩💩
Save your money & your nails...do not go to TY (or buy from Groupon - they do not stand behind the companies they promote)

Purchased a Groupon certificate for this place, made an appointment the day I purchased it. Called to confirm day of, no one answered, left message to confirm, no one called back. Because I was concerned I went 2 hours early to make sure the reservation was good. When I arrived they said no appointment was booked and they did not have any openings. Luckily Groupon refunded my money, so just a waste of time.
