We had three awesome experiences with this restaurant. We were staying at the Harbour Tower Hotel so it was very convenient.
At 9 pm, pregnant me was feeling hungry. I thought I'd fight it but realized at 9:09 it wasn't going to work. I was hoping for something healthy so pizza wasn't an ideal option. I called the restaurant which offers that you can call to order and come down to pick up the food yourself and bring back to your room. However, the server informed me the kitchen closes at 9 pm... He offered to ask the kitchen if they could still put my desired wrap together for me. "No problem," he says!! And he even brought it up for me!!
Next, they have a neat continental style for breakfast. You order your hot items from the server so that it can be made fresh in the kitchen which is unlimited how much you eat. Meanwhile, the fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, etc., is out for you to help yourself with. Our 9 month old daughter was losing it, needing to go down for her morning nap as she had gotten up way too early. They were super accommodating, getting me a tray to carry our food up to our room, and poured me a new coffee to bring up with me.
Then, at supper, they open the lounge at 4:30, and then start serving dinner at 5. I was hungry so thought it wouldn't hurt to go down early and at least hang out until dinner time. It was no problem to order food right away! Unfortunately, my cod had to complete thawing which was going to increase the time for my dinner to be ready. The server was very friendly, and I was just happy to ensure the fish was done right. Within a short period of time the server brought out a delicious side salad, on the house, for in the mean time. The staff was great with our daughter: making faces and encouraging her happiness. And the pistachio crusted cod was absolutely amazing with the bok choy and gyoza covered with a tasty sauce.

Bartender Kevin was so awesome and knowledgeable on his drinks try the bourbon Cosmo great or the grilled lemon bourbon sour.
