WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!!!! went in to return a car and had booked a suv online at the same place we rented the car for the same avis location, when i had spoken to an older woman named Laura AKA Willow she had given me attitude right from the start. I said I would like to return the car and I had booked a reservation for an SUV. She then said "No! You didn't!!" In a stand offish way and I told her we did, she didn't even check the computer, then she started saying nasty things to me and my wife. very rude, very nasty person she is.We were trying to ask questions but she wasn't listening to us and kept cutting us off with rude snarky remarks. She was so mean and rude to us that she gave me a panic attack due to my PTSD from the military, my whole body went numb with anxiety, anger, and stress and I couldn't breath properly. I then told her to go F#*k herself and I left as Laura was trying to call the police. shortly after the Police called my wife's phone saying that they would possibly be pressing charges for assault because my wife pressed the hang up button on the phone and Laura AKA willow lied to the police saying that my wife ripped the phone out of her hand and hung up when clearly my wife only touched the hang up button and not touching the handle at all!!!! PLEASE NEVER GO HERE TO RENT A CAR!!!!! Read all the other reviews here. This is not the first time there has been traumatizing events at this Avis and especially with Laura AKA willow. She is a crazy woman who is not happy with who she is as a person so she will take it out on the customers. ruined our night #TRAUMATIZING EXPERIENCE

My boyfriend and I very much enjoyed our car! Richard was very helpful with my boyfriend when we got turned away from budget because he only had his N not a class 5. We hope to rent from you guys in the near future! Thank you again!

We went here on a Saturday in January. The guy did not accept my VISA Premier card as a credit card. He said it was not a credit card, even if my bank confirmed me it was indeed a credit card. Our friends tried other credit card from Europe, but none were accepted here. The guy said it could work if we paid an insurance. So we had to pay an insurance because Avis is not able to accept our credit card. I do not know if it is because the staff was undertrained or the machine don't work properly.
When we went to Budget, we did not have this problem. So I advise any european people with credit card to go to Budget instead of this Avis.

I've always had the best service from Richard. Best rental agent I've ever dealt with, cars always great and he works hard to off upgrades where available. Sometimes staff are on a break or lunch, but that has never impacted my rental. Avis has always been preferred over enterprise and other lower end rental places.

"We Go The Extra Mile" is the slogan. Well after popping in to tell the woman on reception I was parking up and dropping my keys, the moment I'd left she decided that now would be a good time to go the extra mile by leaving the shop for 45 minutes. I had to stand outside on the street with my family waiting for me, before I could drop keys off which she knew was about to happen. She gave no apology when I raised this on her return. Unbelievable attitude. There are plenty of other car hire places nearby.
