I love this yoga studio! I first tried hot yoga here and loved it and all the staff. They make everyone feel so welcome. I also fell in love with yoga Nidra here when they started offering it, it helps keep me balanced and grounded. Sometimes I never want to leave, I just want to be here all the time.

Love this newish looking studio. I go there to practice Bikram yoga when I visit Victoria. It's not affiliated with Bikram, but it's exactly the same 26 postures in a heated room.
I love the spacious change and shower room.

I have been going to the Hudson Yoga on and off for about three years now, and I love this place. It's a wonderful studio, most of the teachers are fantastic and welcoming, and I love leaving the studio after a class sweaty, energized and ready for the rest of the day. Thank you!
