Penny and staff treat you like family. It is always much fun and such a joyous experience coming here. We have been assisted with the learning curve of making wine every step of the way and, of course, the results can't be beat!

The staff is friendly and very helpful. They help you to choose wine that you like and assist you in making and bottling your wine. The owner works in the store, and is available to help you out or for a chat. We spent an enjoyable couple of hours bottling some nice red and white wines. I would recommend the Wine Maker to anyone looking to bottle their own wine in Victoria.

The Salted Chocolate Caramel - Red wine was awesome. I bottled it and it is sitting to age. Awesome service and friendly staffs :) Penny understands and sees my likes and dislikes so fast and guides me to choose the best wine of my taste. Thanks a lot Penny :) I will suggest this to my friends :)
