Both times I have been here they have forgotten to make my order. I am not impressed as this does not seem to be a busy restaurant. The only reason why I give Kulture two stars is that the staff are friendly -albeit rather forgetful.

Unfortunately the only two times I've been to Fresh coast" there have been mistakes in my order. The food is expensive so I'd expect more organization for the price... I got a wrap and paid 3$ extra for protein (falafel/ pekoras) and when I got home and opened my wrap there was no protein. I paid just over 17$ for this wrap plus tip and I am a student ... so I was extremely unhappy.

The only time I visited this establishment there were 2 people working and no one in line, and I still had to wait to give my order. Ordered a wrap without feta after being told I couldn't sub it for extra of another ingredient. The gentleman behind me in line received his sandwich first, and my wrap had feta in it. I haven't been back since, and will certainly not be returning after their poor social media etiquette. I'm voting with my wallet and supporting businesses that align with my own personal values. It's a shame as it's only a 2 minute walk from my house.

WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AND THE SELECTION OF FLAVORS WAS POOR AND DIDN'T TASTE GOOD WHEN I SAMPLED THEM.
Story :
I came here to check it out in the evening a few nights ago, the lights were on and it looked like they were open so I went in , there was a guy standing at the front when I first entered, I went over to the frozen yogurt to see what flavors they had no one came over to me to ask if I would like to sample any of the flavors so I decided to walk up to the front and now there was a lady standing there, I asked her if I could sample a flavor she looked at me and said very rudely " are there no cups over there, as she was looking at the back of the store''? I looked over and saw 1 cup sitting there so I went over grabbed it and helped myself to sample the flavors. I was trying to decide what flavor I wanted and then she she said abruptly " We are actually closed just to let you know" she made me feel unwanted and rushed, so I left the store without buying anything. If you were closed you should of turned the signs off and told me this as I was walking in ....... not impressed with this company at all.
