It’s pretty hot and miss, had one guy out of 5 that actually looked appropriate and not like a skid. Had to ask the last driver I had (see picture receipt) to pull off the street into driveway so I did not have to drag 2 suitcases 50 feet from the door.

I really dislike the colour of their cabs, but the driver was kind and sociable. Plus the app makes it easy to hail a cab. I will use them again.

I've used Victoria Taxi for years, they've always been reliable for time calls to the airport. Just booked another, the dispatcher was friendly and confirmed all the details (correctly). Still my go-to cab company in Victoria.

Tonight. Cab 64 (Oct 17) was awesome. Great driver. Quick ride. Friendly stories.
I'm sad I didn't get his name. Dude needs a raise or at least bumped up to train other drivers.

Excellent service! The cab arrived bang at 2:00 PM and the driver was smartly dressed and looked professional. Om, my driver drove super comfortably and I had a really good chat with him. Would highly recommend Om and Victoria Taxi.
