DO NOT RENT FROM HERE USE ENTERPRISE OR BUDGET I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH THEM!!! First red flag was when i arrived to the pickup location the entire staff were inside the bay door working on someone's personal vehicle as it was a beat up old Acura Integra not a vehicle from their rental fleet. But the real issue is that I prepaid for my car rental along with my entire trip on my credit card but upon arrival my card was declined for the security deposit. This was not a big deal as I anticipated it may happen due to the volume of hotels I booked. I tried contacting visa to have this adjusted but could not get through as it is a Saturday. The man at the counter refused to refund my deposit due to me booking online or connect me with the people who could. After a few minutes of arguing for the number for head office he gives me the number for the branch at the vancouver airport telling me it is head office. The manager there refused to connect me with head office after i realized he was just some guy at a rental counter and not head office and just repeated that I needed $350 of room on my card to rent a car not even listening to the fact that I was no longer trying to get a car and just a refund. This regrettably caused me to lose my patience with him and returned to the office to get a number for head office. When I entered the room the man who gave me the wrong number threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. I called the 1-800 number for phone bookings and they were able to connect me with the people to get me a refund however when I got the email confirming the cancleation it said there would be a $150 fee. I have placed a formal complaint with head office hoping to get a full refund.

DO NOT TRUST THIS GUYS.... they misquote, add charges and don't seem to know what they are doing; can't even give you estimate of total charges at due date - even tried to charge me for "damage to car" - If you go here, be prepared your bill will be much higher than what they told you!!
