On multiple occassions I received horrible service from this CIBC branch. The first time, I scheduled an appointment with an advisor (two weeks in advance) and when I came for the appointment I was told it would need to be rescheduled because of a "conference call". On another visit I tried depositing a bank draft and the teller wouldn't process it because "they didn't have time". I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed with this location and I never intend on dealing with them again.

20 minutes before closing all desks closed. Bank seems empty. Waited 10 minutes before someone came out to open a desk. Very poor customer service.

Attended there with my partner to enquire about a joint account. My partner currently banks at TD and I have banked at CIBC for years. Went into the TD and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Went into this CIBC and asked some questions. Was told to go online to look at there services and given no advice. When I stated that was fine, we will go back to TD, the woman literally laughed at us as we left. I have banked with CIBC for 15 years and was trying very hard to bring my partner over. Because of this incident I will be closing my accounts with CIBC and will be going to TD.
