We had looked at Royalty Rewards 4 or 5 years ago but did not sign up for their program, what a mistake. We had been using television advertising with great success for years, then several years ago I found that people had stop watching TV the same way as in the past and our ads were being missed due to people recording shows and skipping over the ads. I wished I had made the move to Royalty Rewards before April 2015 now. Since we started using them we have over 6500 active members in our data base and still growing at over 200 members per month. We can market to them by direct mail and email for birthdays, anniversaries or any other reason you want to drive repeat customers more often to your business. After each visit Royalty Rewards sends out a email survey to our guest and that gives me instant feedback from guest that we can share with staff. (Helps to keep staff sharp knowing feedback is coming). Another advantage of the program is that in time, as we have, you can segment your customer base based on customer visits/sales and market to them as needed to drive guest to your business.

Great marketing program to obtain names and information about your guest to market to them and recognize and reward them for their loyalty and for birthdays and anniversaries. Much of the work is done in autopilot and the program provides surveys and ability to gather online reviews. Program is involving and improving. Recommend without reservation.

I began using Royalty Rewards almost 4 years ago. It is one of the smartest decisions that I have ever made for my business. And doing business with their staff is enjoyable and quite simple. They are very professional and provide me and my team with the guidance we need to make our rewards program a success. We have used Royalty Rewards since 2008. They have helped with our marketing and have been instrumental in helping our business grow. I'd highly recommend Royalty Rewards to anybody that wants to grow their business to the next level.

Best loyalty company on the planet. Rory Fatt and his team do an awesome job of helping clients get new customers and their existing customers to comeback more often to spend more money! I have used Royalty Rewards in all of my restaurants. Hands down the loyalty promotions have the best return of anything I have ever tried.
