LOVE LOVE LOVE Glow Yoga and Wellness....As a beginner to yoga Nicole makes you feel comfortable and is very encouraging. The studio itself is a beautiful environment to practice in. I love begin able to sign up online for classes and receiving reminders to motivate me to attend practice. Nicole is a fantastic, talented instructor. I highly recommend trying a class at Glow Yoga and Wellness!

I had only gone to 1 yoga class prior to meeting Nicole. She made me feel so welcome & was very helpful, kind and encouraging! I am able to do poses that I never thought possible. I feel strong and healthy. I feel relaxed and re-energized when I leave the studio.
This studio is welcoming and quaint. This is truly a 'no judgement' zone.
If you want to try yoga for the first time, or you're a master, this studio is a great place to 'get your zen on'!!!
