I used to love shopping at Addition Elle. However, this locations customer service has become so terrible! Not attentive at all. Shop here if you want to carry all of the clothes around the entire store while the staff doesn't bother to assist you. Not to mention the regularly priced merchandise is so over priced it is sickening. Definitely don't shop here unless there is a sale on, which is all the time because otherwise no one in their right mind would spend that kind of cash on the clothes. Even the loyalty program has become worse... you can't use your VIP coupons on anything other than regularly priced merchandise. They also stopped carrying most pants in size 26 in stores. No thanks.

My wife used to shop here. Very good service and prices are OK. Wait for sales.

Overall the store was clean, the layout was smaller than other Addition Elle stores that I've been to but the selection was just as good.
The staff were helpful and attentive in helping me get what I needed. They also offered a free bra fitting which helped me find a better fitting bra.
Overall, a great experience.
