Not a fan of this store at all. Nobody ever greets me or asks what I need. I stand around looking at staff thinking they will come help but jump to other customers that just walked in. Ive walked out countless times to buy somewhere else. Find them very rude and dismissing. Had no choice but to go there for a friend's wedding as I'm in the party and he chose Moore's for tux rentals. I will never bother to go back. Vittorrio Rossi is best service in city by far. Expensive but worth it. Otherwise if you need a quick shirt and tie at least tip top takes the times to aknowledge their customers. Last thing that annoys me is tux has to be back the next day. Don't you think we will be exhausted after a wedding. Why would you not provide a grace day. Nobody is stealing your crappy tux, both the man and women were extremely ignorant when I commented saying that's a little extreme to demand it back the next day. Horrible store horrible management.

I went in to pick up a shirt & tie for my boyfriend for a wedding we were going to. There were 3 people working and not another customer in the store and not a single person greeted me or offered to help me in anyway. I was looking at a particular color and couldn't see it in the size I needed. I ended up walking out and going to a store with better service.
