Poor customer service at this location. I called and sat on hold for over 10 minutes. The rep at the counter couldn't (or wouldn't?) do anything to help me. She couldn't find anyone on the floor, no one would respond to being paged, and she couldn't leave the counter to find out if they had a product in stock on the shelves. She told me to check online but also stated that the stock listed online takes 24 hours to update so it could be incorrect. Lol what is this? Anyway, I guess I'll just have to drag my kids out, make the trip, and go look for myself since the people being paid to work there can't be bothered.

Customer service is lacking at this Walmart. Not 1 regular register was open, just express and self checkout. While going through the self checkout, there was 3 employees standing around 'assisting' on the self checkout. 1 or even 2 of these employees could have opened up a regular register with a staging area to put my items. But no, instead I struggled to ring everything through while I had to sit my items on the ground because the self checkout doesn't have enough space to place items before or after you ring them up.
Very disappointed in the service I received and is why I rarely shop at Walmart any longer. This was an unfortunate emergency and nothing else was open that was convenient. This time convenience was the wrong option.

It's Walmart folks..we don't exactly come here for a good time. Regardless this one is generally always busy, staff keeps the shelves stocked fairly well despite this. Only complaint I can say is there is never anyone on the floor who can help you find anything it seems.

This location always has empty shelves. A month ago the jugs of milk were being sold with mud all over them. You often see dead flowers as you cash out. Doesn't give the impression that I would want to eat what they have to offer.
