A good friend of mine introduced me to Steve at Karma Yoga for an alternative to my regular yoga practice. Through Steve, Jitendra and the flourishing community of yogis, I'm slowly discovering that there is a spiritual and soulful presence that I've been lacking for over a decade.
The studio is always evolving its physical space and healthily growing an inclusive group of loving people who embrace love and openness.
Come for the Kundalini on Sunday afternoon and stay for some heart, throat and mind opening Kirtan. Or, checkout the other yoga classes that various teachers offer throughout the week. There's a little bit of something for everyone 😃

Jordan Bellan Aka Jitendaras the manager of this centre goes out of his way to harass and irritate under the guise that "he's spiritual" when he's actually just a burrito of self-righteousness wrapped in a turban instead of a tortilla. I hope he can obtain the help he needs to cope with his unhealthy behaviour.

Did the kundalini class with Aneen. What a blast! This is a new take on yoga for me and I will definitely be back! I feel amazing! Very beautiful studio and building as well.

I love these classes! Have been really helpful to my practice. I can get the one on one time with these teachers. Excited to see all the new things to come!
