I have never met someone with as much passion for the practice of yoga than Alessandra . Through her classes you can feel her passion and dedication to the practice and I experienced a thorough and challenging class that was tailored around my sore back. I would recommend these classes for beginners and yoga experts as she was able to still accommodate myself as a beginner and the more experienced in the class.

Quick upbeat yoga core workout for those looking to feel stretched and worked! Tiny open studio space so it feel intimate and has a great view with nice big windows!
