Planning on going back very soon now that I'm back in Winnipeg. Loved this place! Great atmosphere and instructors are awesome!

Love the studio, but miss the weekday-evening Ashtanga class. 4:45 isn't doable for those who work during the day!

From the moment I walked in to when I left. I felt welcomed and relaxed. The instructor is wonderful. She explained and demonstrated so well that I understand easily.

the yoga centre of winnipeg has a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. i was instantly greeted warmly and did not feel at all intimidated, despite being new to yoga. the classes that are offered come in a variety of ranges and styles. I find the beginner classes to move at a comfortable pace and the teachers provide a lot of helpful instruction and guidance along the way. i always leave a class feeling rejuvenated and eager to come back. i would certainly recommend the yoga centre to anyone who is thinking of trying yoga!
