I come here every year with a group between 12 and 18 people and they're always amazing to us. You can even grab a drink at at the bar while you wait!
This year we seated 13 people with Chef Roger and had an amazing meal from start to finish. Truly an amazing experience with a fun and personable chef. My daughter and all my friends had a wonderful time. Our 6th or seventh time here and it won't be our last. Especially with chefs like Roger.
He's got a beautiful singing voice, ask him about it!

The company I work for hosted an evening here for an anniversary and it was amazing. The show that you get with dinner is fabulous!! The food was delicious and different. The waitresses were super friendly and the cooks were amazing!! They were so interactive and fun! They even let a colleague cook for a moment. It was great! Definitely recommend.

I have been eating there for over 30 years and have brought my then young children to enjoy diner & a show, my son turns 18 on Friday and I am bringing a party of 12 for what is sure to be a great time. My parents took me when I was just a teenager and I am happy to continue the tradition. A Winnipeg Must!

Roger was our chef and he was SO much fun. This restaurant is hard to explain, basically you get a 7 course meal cooked in front of you by a hilarious and outgoing chef, you have delicious specialty drinks that can be served in adorable ceramic mugs you get to take home (geisha, cat, panda, sumo) and a sake bombs! Friday they are on for $5. It's the best place for a special occasion. It's pretty pricy but well worth it. If it's your birthday they give you a tempura banana sundae. I can't say enough good things about this place. Excellent service.
The only negative was one waiter dropped a bunch of chicken lover on my fiancés sweater and it stained and that was disappointing, we weren't offered compensation or anything but it was still a good evening.

Went for the full experience, and the atmosphere, staff, and cook is awesome. They get you involved with your dinner, tell jokes, and start chants for 'Sake bombs'. If you want a quiet dinner look else where.
Appetizers, sides, and seafood are delicious. However I would say their steaks and mains, are ok at best. When you pay $40 a plate you expect a premium steak.
