This restaurant definitely isn't fancy and you won't get waiters sucking up to you for a tip. What you will get is polite service and amazing food.
The place is a family run business that is fast paced. Don't expect to linger longer as there are people waiting.
You get in, order your food and leave.
They never upsell you on drinks.
Water is usually the way to go. The food is amazing, your senses will be overloaded with delicious aromas from every direction.

Slow service, and no quality checks. The meat in my dish was about 60% fat and looked revolting. I advise not to order delux beef pho. My friends dish however was amazing. It was a spicy peanut dish and tasted amazing.

The last time I went here was, and will be the last time. I ordered a Pad Thai, the rest of my party got their four orders and I got nothing even though I repeatedly requested my food. The restaurant was not busy, and it was not as if I was being misunderstood as others in my party began questioning where my food was.
Previous to that I have waited so long for my dishes that I have recieved them as others are getting bored and wanting to go as they finished eating many minutes earlier.
It seems that no matter what is ordered, the entire party cannot be catered for.
Either everybody has to have exactly the same thing or there will be a very long wait for one dish.
I never got any explanation for the delay. It was never said it had been missed of the order, simply it was was coming. However, fifteen minutes after all others have finished their meals is too long to expect them to wait for one person to start theirs!!

A classic location for good, hearty Vietnamese food that still tastes as good as it did 10 years ago, with what I assume is still the same iconic owner! The restaurant inside is a cozy, dimly lit atmosphere perfect for long conversations with large groups. As a tip, park along the streef beside the restaurant for easy access!

Walked in and was greated nicely and found a seat quickly.
Waited almost 10 minutes for water.
Other than that, food was good. Came decent time and prices good.
Would eat at again.
