I was absolutely blown away with the amazing customer service we received by this location of Smittys, especially the owner, David Thompson. We ordered Smitty's through Skip the Dishes, and did not receive our whole order. After over an hour of waiting to hear back from Skip the Dishes to deliver the remaining of my order, the owner David decided to take it into his own hands and deliver the order himself. I couldn't believe how nice this was, and we appreciated it so much! If the staff will go above and beyond for everyone like this, why would I want to go to any other location? Thanks so much guys!

Wish you could leave less stars. Worst dinning experience of my life. Slowest kitchen I have ever seen. They can't get food out. Took 50 minutes for 12 wings. Ordered the second round before we got our first round and that took another 45 mins. Never going back. I'll drive the extra 5 minutes to the one at st vital.

Had the 6oz. steak on cesar salad special. Good was pretty decent - better than I expected. Service was great good but the server didn't ask how I wanted my steak, which could have rounded it for me. Still, I'd recommend Smitty's for lunch.
