Always had bad service and mediocre food, came tonight because friends dragged me and once again the service was god awful and the ribs needed a chainsaw to cut. do not eat here

Always eat here when at kildonan place. Usually have the jalapeño Mac and chz and $5 social drinks are great . My husband brought me here for moms day and lots of other moms here to. Had their $5 wine and good lunch. Had enough for a doggy bag. Came in the weekend and had the tomato bacon soup. Simply horrible. Bits of bacon fat in the soup. Seemed like it was raw. Lukewarm too. Never have thr 5hevat soup again. Had a good lunch today jalapeño Mac and cheese. Wait staff always very nice . Took my 2 nieces for the first time for them here. They loved it and had my fave Mac and cheese and chicken wrap. Also my niece loved the sweet coleslaw. Was disappointed they took away the $5 social drinks.

Amazing service. Steak wasn't properly cooked and all i asked for was my steak to be cooked a little more and they brought me an entire new meal and took it off the bill and then offered desert on them. I would have felt guilty taking the desert aswell as i was stuffed. Awesome service again. So impressed.

Went there for lunch it's not kid friendly at all!!! Asked for a high chair and they stated that they don't have high chairs then asked for a booster seat and again they said they do not have any. Ok then I asked to sit at the lowest table in the restaurant and was told it is reserved for wheelchair customers. Ok then proceeded to pick a table and I then realized the patio all had lower tables. I asked if we could just sit outside then and was told it's for 18 and over. This restaurant provides a kid menu but no child seating? The food is overpriced for what you receive and the service is mediocre. Will never return

Waited 50 min after being seated to have my order taken, then waited 40 min for food to arrive. Also difficult to catch one of the three waitresses just to pay for my meal. Food was good and staff were friendly, but this place clearly needs more staff!
