We had ordered an array of things.
They started us off with an oyster amuse bouche. My friend who came later did not receive one.
I went with the 3 course meal. I have to say I wasn't as impressed with it as the authentic local dining experience. (It is something offered as an option for Fairmont President Platinum members which I am, and that was my previous meal there. It appears similar to what you get for the groupon).
The gnudi my friend ordered smelled amazing but it didn't taste like it smelled. It was still OK, but the smell was truly drool worthy.
My salmon was acceptable but not amazing. I wasn't that hungry by then after eating the bread (the first serving of bread was warm and amazing).
Out of the desserts I still preferred the deconstructed cheesecake. The marshmallow was harder to cut into. I thought it was going to be tough but it ended up being easy to eat (dissolved in your mouth)... Just difficult to cut.
This particular meal was not that great(it is from February, I'm just catching up on my reviews now, I have also been since, but this was the first set of pictures that I ran across so I took this particular meal in review.), but I have had a number of wonderful meals there.
Most of the time service is exceptional. Professional. I've only had one time where I was not as satisfied.
For lunch the manager came out to check on our meal which was a nice touch.
Dinner includes parking. Lunch does not.
Dinner is only open Friday and Saturday now I believe?

It was the VG lounge and possibly the best burger ever. Truffle mayo and bacon jam! Daniel the server was super helpful

We had the authenticly local food experience. The quality and quantity of food was excellent. However, we sat at one of those circular built in affairs and the seating was very uncomfortable. Get a table.
