Rumours is a great venue for stand up comedy. The grocery store is not too busy and offers valuable deals. Starbucks is consistently good. Worth checking out.

Ok. I only go to the mlcb and the Safeway here but they are good quality. Often good, helpful staff in both.

Smallish mall at corner of Corydon and Tuxedo. Fairly well stocked Safeway, a Shoppers Drugs, and dry cleaners that will take in adjustments, a pet food store, an LC, a Starbucks, a Vitamin Health store,. There are dental services and other specialists in it as well. Out front is a good physiotherapy clinic, and a nice veterinary office. One end has a Rumours and above the Rumours on the second floor is a medical lab where you can go to have blood and bodily fluids drawn for testing. They open at 8:30 I think, and are usually pretty quick and relatively painless
