I am very pleased with my experience at Iridescence spa. I read reviews and I was unsure about going but I thought I should try it because the prices are amazing and I am really glad I decided to go. I went for a massage and it was fantastic. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The spa was very clean and comfortable and the prices are fantastic. I am definitely going back!

OMG this salon/spa did such a great job on me! Della (new owner) is a truly gifted laser hair removal technician... and the type of laser she uses did NOT hurt at all!! I've had it done elsewhere before and it hurt like hell. This time, I did my neck, chin, cheeks and upper lip - which is soooo sensitive - and no pain. A major plus for making me want to return ;)
She's got a great personality and is a really cool, unique lady (wish I was brave enough to rock her look!)... totally put me at ease and explained that the newer laser would not be a shocker, testing it out on my arm first to prove it. Entire process took less than half an hour and I had no bright red skin like my previous experience. Perfect! Price was a REAL deal too, compared to my past salons.
They also do Botox & Juvederm - but the actual doctor only comes in once or twice a month to perform that service so you have to make sure to schedule accordingly. Hey, I'm willing to give that a go.
There is also another service I'm gearing up to try: the "under chin/neck wattle fat tightener". Wow, check out the picture on their site, that's actually Della in the before and after photo. And she looks 100% better in person than the photo! Toned, tight, taut skin! If it works even half as well on me I'll be a happy girl. (I think she said it's around $600 for one treatment and two work best).
Looking forward to many many more visits here and I'll post any other reviews accordingly. Not sure about the other reviews because I certainly did fill out an appropriate form prior to my services, just like anywhere else I've been. And the entire experience left me relaxed and refreshed, feeling beautiful!

This opinion is just about the massage because that's all I received. The staff were extremely friendly BUT the process was quite unprofessional. No form to fill out before getting massage (this was a first). The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the bedding was messed up and really old. I heard a lot of water running and noises which made the experience not very Zen. All in all the massage felt great but I would never return. Spend more money and get a better experience.

In my imagination, I'm experiencing a spa at this spa, with my bio son's girlfriend + I to do an pedicure for one appointment, & after this event, she & I are deciding what the next appointment will be about! Interesting thing is: she & I have discussed going to A spa-we had not at that time decided which spa to go to! So it's a future reality appointment at one if Winnipeg's Spa, & I would love to try out!!

My first-ever massage -- amazing! Such a relaxing atmosphere, and the technique was excellent. The place doesn't look too special from the outside--but once you're inside, very zen! Minimalist and relaxing. Had my massage with Sara, who I highly recommend. All the staff were very kind. Also highly recommend the hot stone massage, which is what I had.
It's also a great time to buy a gift cert for services since they have buy-one-get-one free until Oct. 31st!
