I really wanted this nail salon to work out because it's in such a convenient location for me. That being said I probably should've listened to the reviews. From afar my nails look really good. Up close you can tell that my index finger is much smaller than the rest of them, the forms were crooked so all my nails are kind of slanted, and they all very in thickness. If that wasnt enough, within three days four of my nails had already lifted and after five days my pinky nail broke off. Ontop of all of that, I was there for THREE HOURS! 😢😢

Don't bother making an appointment because you will end up waiting an hour to get service anyone. Sloppy and rushed work. Way overpriced for terrible quality and customer service. I had a nail fall off after one day and when I went in to get it fixed (the day after my initial appt) they tried to charge me $20 to get it fixed.

My appointment was for 2:30. I had to wait a half an hour for my manicure. An hour for the manicure!!!! Horrible job!! She had no idea what she was doing. Fortunately the manager realized it & didn't charge me. I didn't have to ask him for it. That was nice & professional.

I was really impressed with the friendly service of the people who did my pedicure and manicure. I got my first ever pedicure there and I really enjoyed it. It was relaxing. And this was the best manicure I've ever gotten. I like my manicure and pedicure a lot!

Writing for a friend : she came In to get her brows done (quick 10$ job) today, the woman threading her brows accidentally cut off chunks of her lash extensions. The owner offered to redo them, which my friend was quick to agree to. But the woman who she normally visits had an opening to fix them, so she called to see if there was any other form of compensation for this mistake (pedicure, gift card, etc) the owner was rude kept saying she can come in to get them fixed, where she told him, she likes the lashes her regular tech gives her - and just made an appointment with her. He was rude and refused to help in any way.
So thanks for the horrible customer service as usual Posh!
This review could've been 5 stars had you tried to fix the problem in anyway, working in the beauty industry you should know what it's like to have loyal clients (as my friend is to her lash tech), and you guys should be well aware of how much lashes cost - and not offering to compensate in any other way was just another way of showing us what salon not to go to.
