The facilities are clean and there are many options for equipment. Staff are super friendly and so are the trainers!

Gym is pretty quiet during the morning hours, space is kinda smaller but very nice. Adequate amount of weights and machines. Two showers in the change room.

The staff was great and very friendly but the gym was fairly untidy when I would go during the unstaffed hours, the few times I had went the weight rack was unorganized and there were free weights left leaning against benches and lying on the floor. Gym is relatively small but that's to be expected with its location.

Not sure others are complaining about service or gym quality.
It's an amazing gym, you get more then what you pay for. Month to month. There is no comparison to any other gym. My goto place when I train in winnipeg
