called them today to ask if they had certain canned foods and when I asked for the price the lady proceeded to say that she didn't know the prices "at the top of her head" as if she couldn't take 2 minutes of her time to check the prices??? Wouldn't recommend this place at all.

I've been using this service for years. The staff is very nice and they give all options to make informed decisions regarding your pet care. It's good to know they are there 24/7 for emergencies.

Horrible experience. Had to drive over an 1 and a half to go there in the middle of thr night because my dog was lethargic, vomiting, and seizing. No physical exam done, only a temperature taken and belly touched. Doctor was completely unsympathetic and did not believe me when I told her my dog was seizing. Made me sign off on procedures before they even did anything despite the fact that they could clearly tell my dog was very sick. In the end as soon as he was stable enough I took him put of there and brought him to my own vet when it opened. Ended up paying over 1000 which is twice as much as what it should be. That fact that you make people pay that much and have to put half down before even doing anything is horrible.☹

I was just looking for a number to send to my friend for her dog and I've read some reviews prior to posting and had to post even though I had no intention of doing so.
Yes it is expensive and they want to be paid....it's a business and a vet that provides 24/7 emergency service. We got hit with a lot of costs and fees that we could not afford BUT they saved or dogs' life, gave great service and were more than pleasant. Losing a pet or having to pay for their convalescence is never in your plan when getting a pet but it's a reality and I highly recommend this clinic if you love your furry, scaly, feathery or stinky family member. 5 billion stars. And thanks again for saving Moose :)

Thank you to Pembina Veterinary Hospital for the superior care that you provided for my baby. The doctors were fabulous. We are very grateful to you and your staff. My boy just jumped on his bed (his palace), something that he could not do before we attended which is a very good sign. Thank you for all the wonderful work you do, given the pressure that you are under.
