The staff at this family-run place were eager to help out and very welcoming. They were friendly from the minute they picked me up at the bus station and helped me to arrange a tour to Torres del Paine. The rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast was tasty, and the location is nice--just outside of town to avoid some of the noise, but only a 5-10 minute walk away to everything you need. I would definitely check this place out--it is a great value!
