Very well located if you are visiting or doing business in downtown Santiago. Hotel is pretty new, large and comfy rooms and as clean as it could be. Staff is ok and I always have to ask for my welcome drink as a preferred loyalty member :/

Pretty big dissatisfaction with front desk services. Room was reeking with cigarette smocke, and apperantly no other rooms available to relocate. Rooms facing the o'higgins are very noisy, one would need to have a set of ear plugs. Breakfast: quantity vs quality, bad coffee. This would not be a 4* hotel by accord. We do not recommend.

Everything o.k.! Do not expect a First Class hotel, but rooms and hallways have been refurbished, it is clean, the breakfast is good, but not spectacular. Everything you would expect in a hotel at this price level you will find here! Last but not least: excellent location, if you are visiting the city as a tourist!

Nice and centrally located mercure! Majority of sites are walking distance. The metro is steps from the front door. Premiere and suites have all been updated! I stayed 2 different times and had a suite on the top floor; it was modern and huge. The breakfast was the same everyday but sufficient. The front staff is prompt and helpful!

Nice and convenient hotel. Small gym but enough (never was crowded). Continental breakfast is included. Difficult for taxis and people to pick you up because of bus stop blocks hotel entrance. Nice views of Santiago from higher floors.
