I arrived tired...and needed to take some rest.
Before that, I asked for some clothes hangers. I was waiting for about an hour but... I fell asleep, and to avoid any disturbance; I put the "DO NOT DISTURB" hanger in the door. After 15 minutes someone called me to tell me that I can't have my clothe hangers because I have a "DO NOT DISTURB" hanger in my door!!! It was really disrespectful.
When I complained about the incident to the front desk clerk (I went to talk with the guy that called me), he doesn't asked even for an apology.
I get frustrated not only about what it happened but how the person reacted when I went to talk with him about avoiding to disturb someone with the "DO NOT DISTURB" hanger in the door.
Another day, people from room service called to my door with food that I haven´t requested.
The last incident was when my wife realized that one of her pills was missing. (The pills look like candy. We know for sure the pill was taken by someone because we were counting them several times to ensure we had enough until the end of our travel).

The hotel is in a great spot, next to a great park, one of Santiago's largest shopping centers and just three blocks from the Manquehue metro station.

Really nice hotel. Close to the business district of Santiago.

They were very accommodating when I'd forgotten my travel adapter.

Well located hotel in the northern part of Santiago. Has a supermarket across the street, and Parco Arauco shopping mall about 10 mins walking distance. The hotel is modern, rooms are well furnished with large windows that give a spectacular view of the Andes mountains sunrise and sunset. The staff is attentive and quick to serve. The restaurant serves good food, though I had just 1 meal in the week that I stayed.
