It is very convenient as It is so central. It gets kind of crowded at lunch time and in the evenings.

Basement venue. 5,000 CP for a day pass. Free weight area is tight. Free weights are mostly unmarked so it takes a while to find what you're looking for. Not an overly friendly crowd. Machines are primarily old Universals. Place is clean but disorganized. No hot water in the showers. Shower stalls are held together with caulk. OK for a day but I wouldn't make a habit out of it.

Wonderful gym, friendly staff, large free weight area with plenty of benches and a variety of weights. Cardio room and a variety of nautilus style machines, squat rack, and Smith machine.
