Very good place with good beds, lockers, bathroom, room and regular breakfast. The WiFi connection/internet there was not very good and was not available in the rooms, therefore 4 stars.

Automated bed selection so you can be stuck on a top bunk with an empty room. Bedding consists of 1 sheet that gets changed per guest and then a blanket/doona with no changeable cover. They spray disinfectant on the pile. No real common area, just a couch in reception. There is a roof terrace but noone unlocks it. Breakfast is ok but expensive. One bathroom in 8 bed dorm and the shower head is broken so water falls from the pipe. Not recommended

Fantastic hostel located right in the city centre. This is a 10 floor hostel with hotel amenities and comfort.
If you looking for safety, comfort and an amazing place to stay while in Santiago then this is the place to stay. Beds are comfy, bathrooms are super clean and en suite. The kitchen is the best equipped that I have seen in South America. Oh yes I have to mention the breakfast it’s awesome and included in the price. All is all one of the best hostels in South America.

Very helpful staff that allowed us to leave our luggage even though we weren’t guests of the hostel itself. The common area looks great as well!
