來自新加坡的國際服務公寓體系. 服務細心, 設施完備, 價格合理. 房內空間適當, 週遭生活機能健全, 交通便利但時見壅塞. 停車取車的動線跟程序雖然比較麻煩, 但是在這地區能不用擔心停車位, 已經是很萬幸了.
飯店的早餐種類份量充足. 其他用餐時分, 下樓兩側轉個彎, 都有一堆純在地口味, 又價格親民的日常美食.
對飯店品牌無偏好, 不累積大型連鎖飯店常客計畫, 又非得住在這區域的旅客, 這飯店是首選.

A very pleasant place to stay. Everything about the room was good, very good in fact. Having a clothes washer was perfect for a 7 day stay. Only downside was just one breakfast for the room, and some of the bottles in the bathroom were not refilled each day. But it is still an excellent hotel.

交通便利，離地鐵、汽車站台很近。解放碑、洪崖洞就在附近，可步行。吃的也多，小面、火鍋、洪崖洞小吃街、王府井百貨等選擇很多。住的一房一廳，設施齊全，乾淨衛生。
