We booked 2 non-smoking Double 11 Super sales with Premier Room on Jan 21 to 23 2015. We were told that these rooms are newly renovated upon check in. The rooms on 10th floor, quite big with new carpet. Everything looks good but not for the toilets which are of great disappointment! They are really dirty with very obvious black fungal all over the corners and the water running passages in the shower cubical. Even right below the mirror behind the washing basin, they are black stains. Using the toilet becomes very uneasy! In fact, we used to stay in this hotel practically once a year and had no experience of this kind. Maybe it is time to move to another hotel.
