整體蠻好的，但空氣流動差了一點，人多的時候感覺有點缺氧氣、伸展區空間不足。訓練器材齊全、機器的回饋感好，費用合理，團課很超值，教練專業人又好。

平價健身首選，設備雖有限，但是基本鍛鍊已足夠，惟空間較擁擠人數多，還好空調不錯，不會有異味。

Need to force member to bring their own towel. It's gross to see someone sweating on the bench..However,the facility still great and new.

New equipment, nice crowd, only down side is no swimming pool .. other than that, it is all I could ask for.

Edit: dropped two stars because as the gym has grown, the gym has lost a bit of its culture. Weights are regularly left all over the floor or on the machines, and there are no signs telling people to tidy up after using, or wiping down their sweat. The gym staff don't seem to care either and usually as responsible for the same problems as many of the guests. I now go very early in the morning to avoid the worst of it. I have sent an official complaint but have got zero feedback.
The gym is still very good, and with a little love, could be better. I think the owner hasn't been paying attention to gym culture or how to foster a good environment.

Newly refurbished as of Oct 2016 with all new top of the line equipment from Hoist, including a huge multigym set up in the middle with monkey bars, rock climbing grips and more. New rack of rubber dumbells. Much brighter than before. Excellent gym for a great price. They also have a special body fat machine for giving body composition readings. (This costs $200 after your first trial I think).
