YMCA offers a wide range of sports education and facilities, most notably an indoor pool and a gym, as well as yoga, dancing and TRX classes.
Best place to park is ca. 200 m down Chengde Road 承德路 at Linong Park underground parking garage 立弄公園停車場. Scooter parking directly in front of YMCA.
YMCA offers summer and winter camps and swim school for kids. These draw big crowds, so you should apply well in advance!
I recommend the fitness gym on the 2nd floor, it is spacious and not overly crowded during daytime. Equipment is - while not overly new - sufficient for most purposes of average gym goers. Freeweight area and Smith's press are available, as well as a number of treadmills.
Prices are reasonable. For frequent visits, you can buy a monthly pass for the pool or the gym. Monthly daytime passes are TWD 1,200 or 3,000 for 3 months. Showers and changing room are located on the B1 floor.
