優點只有樹蔭多，缺點>常看到有人在公園喝酒抽煙，看過幾次有人溜狗大便不清理，不建議帶小孩去，環境極糟

Nicaragua Park is in remembrance of the relationship between Nicaragua and Taiwan. However there is nothing relate to it except the name. A typical new taipei city park that too many hardware facilities. Why not build ferris wheels and carousels? Anyway, it is still a park.
