Come here for the view not for the food. We went for the "afternoon tea menu" and all you get is fried stuff, pizza and nuggets.The drinks are okay.

Went there for afternoon tea on a sunny day. Great views of Yangminshan and Taipei city. Make sure to be there latest by 3:30pm to make a full 360 degree turn. Afternoon tea closes 4:30pm.
