Nice draft beer and food. Taiwanese dish are also provided which is really good. The environment is not fancy though.

Worst pork knuckle I have ever had, not baked but fried and served with French fries not German potatoes. Service bad and add 10%. Do not accept credit card.

Barhi offers a range of Beers, mostly from Yilan craft beer (宜蘭麥田), however they also have their own Pilsner. Ask for a rekommendation from Vincent, who gladly shares some beer stories.
