One of the best hotels in the area of alto prado Barranquilla. Breakfast is really good. Close to Villa Country mall.

I ma trying to get a port folio for one of my managers and they receptionist/reservation department do not communicate in basic English.
They are trying to pass the call from one department to another in fear to avoid taking responsible to get me the receipt of the stay.
The world largely speaks in English and it is time the hotel staffs speak atleast the basic English.

Thanks to Milton Manuel Pérez Valencia who understands English and helped me quite well.
