Terrible experience . They speak no english. They overcharged my credit card and since they speak no english can not get them to refund the error. Had to dispute with credit card company. Do yourself a favor and stay at a know chain if you are an english speaking person because they will talk your money and wont be able get it resolved.

Everything was good, staff knowledgeable, rooms pretty clean however dated. Some of the bedding could use a refresh due to wear, not cleanliness, and our TV had several damaged lines. The breakfast was outstanding.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport with a shuttle every thirty minutes. The staff was super friendly, but did misinform us about what was included in the stay. The room was small, but very clean, stocked with great amenities, and had a surprise player of strawberries, melted chocolate, and chocolate candies upon arrival. Checkout time is late (6 PM), which was very helpful since I had a late flight. Also, the WiFi was super fast and had a strong signal.

Very clean and modern. Was also a nice break to have hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast worked for the entire family. Location is good. It is close to downtown and there's a mall and grocery store next door. Cedula or passport is required while cheking in! There are definitely cheaper options, but no nicer options!
