Located at the end of bocagrande so not the best location. Beach might be one of the worst in the area. Considering what is around Cartagena, you probably won't spend your time at this beach. The pools were ok but could use some updates. For the price of it all, you could find something better in the area.

Hotel is OK. It's a typical mid luxory resort. Rooms are big, common areas are nice, good tennis courts and three pools. The beach is horrible, and although all beaches on Cartagena city are bad, this is one of the worst; do not expect to swim at the sea. Went for a congress and company paid for a two bed room, the other bed was supposedly for a coworker that on the last minute couldn't make the trip, so I had a guest of mine stay overnight and the hospital charged a ridiculous amount of money even though the room was already paid. Hotel staff even suggested my guest was a prostitute just for being local. Unnacceptable!

Amazing service! My wife has been coming here since she was 5 years old and now we are bringing our daughters here because they love this place. The rooms are big, the restaurant offers delicious breakfast and the staff is super friendly. It's THE place to relax in Cartagena. I do recommend this hotel, it's a Hilton at the end.

Excellent service!Very attentive and helpful staff. Pools are great especially if traveling with small children. The only thing thing that could have made it better is if the beach was cleaner. But we would definitely go back again!

I loved my single room, which was spacious, very comfortable, with view to the sea, swimming pool and the beach. Every thing I needed was there, and the attendants were very nice. Everything was clean and well-kept.
