Hotel impecable en en su interior, limpio, moderno y bien atendido. Cambian toallas y sábanas a diario. El personal exelente y profesional. Ubicación inmejorable. Cómo dato a saber es que el hotel comienza en el primer piso, en planta baja hay una galería comercial !!!

The staff are great d the rooms nicely appointed. It is much farther out than the map on Expedia made it look. 40 minute walk to the old town.

Hotel was clean, centrally located, and simple. One block from beach and close to restaurants (i.e. try La Diva for Italian). I paid the fair price for the area this late in Dec. (i.e. about $60/per night). Breakfast was ok. The same thing every morning and not much imagination. I was good with coffee and fruit in the morning but if your looking for more in terms of quality of food for breakfast, this is not the place. If you rent a car, call as they offer you free parking. I would stay again for this price. Internet was terrible and always dropping. I had to go to Intercontinental (one block away to work). I travel a lot for work so I would rate higher if at a better price. Cartagena is expensive in December.
