Very poor hotel. I had problems with the room: blackout, refrigerator, warm water, remote control of TV and lights is a nightmare. The personnel are not sensible with customer problems. Hope never stay there again!

The hotel lobby and rooms are very clean and inviting. I found the room to be very modern and comfortable. Most of the staff were also very helpful but the exceptions seemed to be the people that were working at the reception desk. Several of them were not at all helpful and were rude when there was a problem. They would also spend more time on the phone then helping the people that were checking in. I would think that the reception desk being the first face of the hotel that the guests see would be better staffed.
On my second night there we had a problem with the air conditioner in the room making a loud squealing noise and keeping us from being able to sleep. We called the front desk and they said that they would send someone there. A half hour later nobody had shown up and when we called the front desk they said that the maintenance was cleaning the stairs. Apparently sweeping the stairs is more important than insuring that the guests are able to get a good night's sleep. The maintenance person eventually did show up and worked on it for a few minutes but a half hour later the squeal returned. We called again and he came and "fixed" it again but a few minutes after he left the squeal was back. By that time we gave up on trying to get a good night's sleep.
This hotel has so much potential but until they get their act together I would not recommend staying there. There are many other good options in the El Poblado area to choose from.

Excellent upscale hotel on the Golden Mile and conveniently located in El Poblado. Great pool
and fitness center for a workout. Friendly staff and excellent service.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. It's completely renovated and very modern. The breakfast buffet has all kind of local and international food.
The view from the rooms is amazing you can see the whole city. The rooms are pretty big comparing them to other high-class hotels.
The staff was really kind and helpful
